The Wine
Fermentation in cement and stainless steel vats of 26,500 liters with programmable pumping over system and temperature control to 28°C to 30°C. Skin Contract maceration and (submerged) cap for 28 days.

Tasting Notes
Extremely ripe and complex with a quite unique character of dark berry fruit with distinct notes of cinnamon and chocolate. The aftertaste is very pleasant, with persistent notes of fruit jam. 

Serve
It is recommended that the wine be stored vertically and decanted prior to drinking. Serve at between 16°C to 18°C.
